Dr. Abdulhaleem’s expertise is rooted in constitutional and public law. He has academic and research experience in both the Iraqi and Middle Eastern political and legal systems. Dr. Abdulhaleem is a member of the Iraqi Bar Association and has published work on legislative omission in Iraq as well as corruption in public offices. His background includes more than six years of research in Islamic Law and Islamic History, reflecting his broad interdisciplinary perspective.
