Al-Hadba University is pleased to announce our upcoming Conference Initiative, set to commence in 2026. This ambitious program represents a significant step in our commitment to advancing academic research, fostering scholarly collaborations, and contributing to the global knowledge community.
Starting in 2026, the university plans to host three major academic conferences annually, each focusing on different disciplinary areas. These conferences will serve as platforms for researchers, academics, professionals, and students to share cutting-edge research, exchange ideas, and establish collaborative networks.

Planned Conference Series
Beginning in 2026, Al-Hadba University will host three annual conference series, each dedicated to specific academic disciplines:
Science and Engineering Conference
A premier forum for researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends, and concerns in various fields of science and engineering.
Focus Areas: Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and related fields.

Social Sciences Conference
An interdisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners to exchange insights on contemporary issues in social sciences, humanities, and related disciplines.

Dentistry and Pharmacy Conference
A specialized gathering for dental and pharmaceutical professionals, researchers, and students to share advancements in clinical practices, research findings, and technological innovations.
Focus Areas: Dental Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Oral Health, Drug Discovery, Medicinal Chemistry, and related fields.

Conference Regulations and Guidelines
To ensure the academic integrity, quality, and smooth operation of our conferences, Al-Hadba University has established the following regulations and guidelines:
1. Paper Submission and Review Process
Submission Guidelines
- All submissions must be original research that has not been previously published or currently under review elsewhere.
- Papers must be submitted in English and follow the specified formatting guidelines provided on the conference website.
- Full papers should typically be between 6-8 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
- Extended abstracts should be 1000-1500 words, clearly outlining the research problem, methodology, findings, and implications.
- All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
2. Conference Participation
Registration and Attendance
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work.
- Presenters are expected to adhere to the allocated time slots (typically 15-20 minutes for oral presentations, followed by 5 minutes for questions).
- All participants must register and pay the relevant conference fees before the registration deadline.
- Early bird registration discounts will be available until specified dates.
- Special rates will be offered for students, with proof of student status required.
3. Publication Policy
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings, subject to the following conditions:
- The paper must be presented at the conference by at least one of the authors.
- The final camera-ready version must incorporate reviewers' feedback and adhere to the formatting guidelines.
- Authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement.
- Select high-quality papers may be invited for extended versions to be published in partner journals (subject to additional review).
4. Ethical Guidelines

- Plagiarism, falsification of data, and any form of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited.
