Mosul, Iraq -- 26 January 2026 - A high-level delegation from Al-Hadba University visited Judge Raed Hamid Al-Musleh, Chief Judge of Nineveh Court of Appeal, to extend congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of Iraqi Judiciary Day. The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Badi Ali Ahmed, President of Al-Hadba University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Salah I. Yahya, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hassan Subhi Hassan, Vice President for Administrative Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Hashim Ahmed, Dean of the College of Law.
