Yahya, Vice President for Scientific Affairs at Al-Hadba University, took part in the first meeting of the Graduate Conversion Training Committee, formed under Ministerial Order No. (65408) dated 16 June 2026. The participation reflects Al-Hadba University’s active presence and its contribution to the national effort to develop graduates’ skills and align them with the needs of the labour market.

The meeting was held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, Division of Development and Human Resource Development. It was attended by Dr. Salah Mahdi Khalil, Director of the Division of Development and Human Resource Development, together with the committee members, marking the launch of the committee’s work on a programme that sits within Iraq’s National Education Strategy.
