أنا الدكتور مصعب عبد السلام طه، أستاذ مساعد حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في السياسات الاقتصادية الزراعية، وأدرّس في قسم المحاسبة، كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد، جامعة الحدباء، الموصل، العراق.

بدأت مسيرتي الأكاديمية بالحصول على بكالوريوس في الاقتصاد من جامعة الموصل (1986)، تبعها ماجستير في السياسات الاقتصادية الزراعية من نفس المؤسسة في عام 1992. واصلت مسيرتي الأكاديمية وحصلت على دكتوراه في السياسات الاقتصادية الزراعية من جامعة الموصل في عام 1997.

التحقت بجامعة الحدباء في 1 ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2011، وأشغل حالياً منصب نائب رئيس الجامعة للشؤون الإدارية في جامعة الحدباء.

الحقيبة التدريسية

كأكاديمي ذو خبرة في مجالات الاقتصاد والمحاسبة، حظيت بامتياز تدريس مجموعة من المقررات الأساسية والمتقدمة التي تعد أساسية في تدريب الاقتصاديين والمحاسبين المستقبليين. تتمحور فلسفتي التدريسية حول الربط بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي، وتعزيز التفكير النقدي، وتنمية فهم عميق للمبادئ الاقتصادية التي تدعم الممارسات المحاسبية والمالية.

المقررات التي أقوم بتدريسها حالياً تشمل:

المالية العامة
يُدرّس هذا المقرر في قسم المحاسبة، كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد (DACC). يُعرّف الطلاب بمبادئ المالية العامة، والإنفاق الحكومي، والضرائب، والسياسة المالية. يتعلم الطلاب الآثار الاقتصادية للقرارات المالية الحكومية وتأثيرها على المجتمع.

الحقيبة البحثية

تكمن اهتماماتي البحثية في تقاطع الاقتصاد، والاقتصاد الزراعي، والسياسات الاقتصادية، وإدارة الأعمال. على مر السنين، ركزت على مجموعة متنوعة من الموضوعات التي تعكس شغفي بتطوير سياسات وممارسات اقتصادية فعالة ومستدامة وهادفة.

مجالات البحث الرئيسية:

• السياسات الاقتصادية
  يدرس عملي في السياسات الاقتصادية تصميم وتنفيذ وتأثير مختلف أدوات السياسة على النمو الاقتصادي والاستقرار والرفاهية. أهتم بشكل خاص بالسياسات التي تعزز التنمية المستدامة وتعالج التفاوتات الاقتصادية.

• الاقتصاد الزراعي
  يركز جزء كبير من أبحاثي على قضايا الاقتصاد الزراعي، بما في ذلك تحليل السياسات الزراعية، والأمن الغذائي، والتنمية الريفية، واقتصاديات الإنتاج والتسويق الزراعي. يهدف عملي إلى المساهمة في تطوير أنظمة زراعية فعالة ومنصفة.

• الإدارة وإدارة الأعمال
  أبحث في الهياكل التنظيمية وممارسات الإدارة واستراتيجيات الأعمال التي تعزز الأداء المؤسسي وتتكيف مع البيئات الاقتصادية المتغيرة.

• الحوكمة الإلكترونية
  استجابة للأهمية المتزايدة للتقنيات الرقمية في الحوكمة، أحقق في تنفيذ وتأثير مبادرات الحوكمة الإلكترونية على كفاءة الإدارة والشفافية وتقديم الخدمات العامة.

الباحث العلمي

يمتلك الأستاذ فارس ذنون حامد مجموعة قوية من المساهمات العلمية في مجالات الكيمياء الصيدلانية وتصميم الأدوية والتحليل الصيدلاني. تم نشر أبحاثه في العديد من المجلات المحكمة ويستمر في المساهمة بشكل هادف في المعرفة العلمية والابتكار الصيدلاني. يتم الاستشهاد بعمله على نطاق واسع، مما يعكس تأثيره داخل المجتمع الأكاديمي والمهني.

Assistant Professor of Agricultural Economic Policies | Department of Accounting, College of Administration and Economics, Al-Hadba University, Mosul, Iraq

I am Dr. Musaab Abdulsalam Taha, an Assistant Professor with a Ph.D. degree in agricultural economic policies, teaching in the Department of Accounting, College of Administration and Economics, Al-Hadba University, Mosul, Iraq.

I began my academic path with a B.Sc. in Economics from Mosul University (1986), followed by an M.Sc. in Agricultural Economic Policies from the same institution in 1992. I continued my academic pursuits and earned a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economic Policies from Mosul University in 1997.

I joined Al-Hadba University on December 1, 2011, and currently serve as the Vice President for Administrative Affairs at Al-Hadba University.

As an experienced academic in the fields of economics and accounting, I have had the privilege of teaching a range of foundational and advanced courses that are integral to the training of future economists and accountants. My teaching philosophy centers on bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing a deep understanding of the economic principles that underpin accounting and financial practices.

Courses I currently teach include:

• Public Finance
  This course is taught in the Department of Accounting, College of Administration and Economics (DACC). It introduces students to the principles of public finance, government expenditure, taxation, and fiscal policy. Students learn about the economic implications of government financial decisions and their impact on society.

My research interests lie at the intersection of economics, agricultural economics, economic policies, and business administration. Over the years, I have focused on a diverse range of topics that reflect my passion for developing effective, sustainable, and targeted economic policies and practices.

Key Research Areas:

• Economic Policies
  My work in economic policies examines the design, implementation, and impact of various policy instruments on economic growth, stability, and welfare. I am particularly interested in policies that promote sustainable development and address economic disparities.

• Agricultural Economics
  A significant portion of my research focuses on agricultural economic issues, including agricultural policy analysis, food security, rural development, and the economics of agricultural production and marketing. My work aims to contribute to the development of efficient and equitable agricultural systems.

• Administration and Business Administration
  I research organizational structures, management practices, and business strategies that enhance institutional performance and adapt to changing economic environments.

• E-Governance
  In response to the growing importance of digital technologies in governance, I investigate the implementation and impact of e-governance initiatives on administrative efficiency, transparency, and public service delivery.
